The certificate has not been changed and does not expire until 2015. No changes have been made to the settings that previously worked. What I have figured out so far is that this points to issues with Autodiscover. I know very little about the ins and outs of Exchange, but there is nothing like troubleshooting to learn a system. He ran out of time and handed the project off to me. My boss, who is the closest we have to an Exchange expert, worked on this for a few hours without getting anywhere. The issue has been occurring for at least a week if not a little longer. But setting up a new email profile for Office 2013 using Autodiscover works.Ī security patch was on our Exchange server and updates to Office 2013 has been installed recently. However, on Outlook 2007 everything works fine. Outlook whether onsite or remote can not set an Out of Office message or view Free/Busy information. There have been no issues with our OWA setup. We are running Exchange 2007 on Windows Server 2003 64-bit SP2. It is working for our Outlook 2007 clients on Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 and Outlook 2013 clients on Server 2008 R2.
We seem to be having some issues with Autodiscover not working for most of our Outlook 2013 clients on Windows 7 and 8.
